This is a space for the kitchen staff at Epic Roasthouse to share thoughts, ideas and fun with everyone who is interested.
The kitchen is headed by executive chef/partner Jan Birnbaum. Chef Birnbaum wokrs closely with purchaser Kevin Baker, Executive Sous Chef Ben Goodnick, Sous Chefs Philippe Routhier and Isai Cuevas, and Patissier Brad Roth.
